BREAKING NEWS: NNAMDI KANU LIBERATED FROM THE CLUTCHES OF INIQUITOUS DSS

BREAKING NEWS:
NNAMDI KANU LIBERATED FROM THE CLUTCHES OF INIQUITOUS DSS
LEADER IPOB NNAMDI KANU

The era of using Nnamdi Kanu as punching bag and his body as experimental guinea pig for the test of the extent to which man can endure pain before breakdown is over with the redoployment of Kanu to Kujeh prison from the den of Satan the Devil -Nigeria DSS facilities.
The event happened today, 20th January 2016, when the first hearing of the Treasonable Felony Charge levelled against him came up. Hon. Justice John Tsoho, the presiding judge ordered that Prince Nnamdi Kanu be remanded in Kujeh prison fascility pending his trial for treason and to enable him have access to members of his family including his lovely wife who just gave birth to a baby boy while her husband is in DSS detention. Tsoho, the judge, gave the order after listening to Mohammed Diri, counsel to the Department of State Services (DSS), and Chuks Muoma (SAN), counsel to Nnamdi Kanu. Muoma had argued that the accused person be remanded in prison custody away from the cell of the DSS. Muoma said that his client Nnamdi Kanu had been kept incommunicado in the custody of the DSS for three months. He therefore prayed the court to remand the accused person in prison so that his family could have access to him. Diri, the devil's advocate however, prayed the court to keep Kanu in the custody of the DSS for security reasons in order words, so they could have access to continue torturing him. But the judge said NO, and ruled that the defendant be kept in the custody of the Nigeria Prison Service, Kuje. After all, prison is meant to keep accused persons for security purposes. Else all the inmates of Kuje prison will be moved to DSS facility since the Prison is no longer secure enough to keep prisoners.
Chuks Muoma (SAN)

Nnamdi Kanu has been extra-judicially kept in solitary confinement inside Nigeria DSS facility in Abuja since 14th October, 2015 when he was abducted from his hotel room in Ikeja Lagos by operatives of the Nigeria DSS and whisked to Abuja. Citizen Kanu has been denied access to his family or any one in the outside world since his abduction, including his wife and immediate family members, as Muoma pointed out, a situation which resulted in a mega protest all around the world and Biafra land by members of IPOB to press home their demand for the release of their leader Prince Nnamdi Kanu.
The eyes of the world are now watching the DSS as they are poised as usual to flout this court order. The journey has begun as Nze Chuks Muoma SAN, the lead counsel, for Nnamdi Kanu will argue his bail on Monday, January 25th 2016. We will be there to see the DSS as always disgraced out of court with facts from their own constitution. The Directorate of State DOS and the Deputy Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Uche Mefor enjoin all IPOB members, all Biafrans and indeed all lovers of freedom not to relent in their support and solidarity with the Director of Radio Biafra London and leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu until victory is finally achieved.
