NNAMDI KANU'S CASE:
NEW JUDGE, JUSTICE JOHN TSOHO MOUNTS THE BENCH TODAY 20/01/2016
HON. JUSTICE JOHN TSOHO
It is said that if the capital is corrupt, the nation is infected.
Let me start by quoting what I said last time, when I got the update on Nnamdi Kanu's new Court date and the case being assigned to a new judge, Hon. Justice John Tsoho, :
"What is going to happen on Monday, 18th January 2016, when the DSS present Mr Kanu to the new judge, Hon Justice John Tsoho of the Federal High Court in Maitama Abuja, with no reasonable charges? What sentence will the new judge pronounce? Will he let the course of justice to prevail or is he going to soil his hands and let his years of meritorious services in the legal profession be rubbished by the desires and dictates of an illiterate head of state who have no regard for the legal profession and the rule of law? There are only 2 options open for the new judge Hon Justice John Tsoho, ......follow the footsteps of his colleagues by releasing Nnamdi Kanu who has been extra-judicially detained for months now unconditionally, or excuse himself again. Any thing outside this two options is tantamount to destroying the apparent good image of the Nigeria Judiciary which so far has put the Judiciary on good slate". I still stand and maintain this stand.
JUDGE HON. JUSTICE JOHN TSOHO ABSENT AND SAID NO TO BUHARI'S SELFISH INTEREST :
UNFORTUNATELY, the court case was postponed due to the absence of the Chief Justice Hon. Justice John Tsoho. However, information reaching us from a very reliable sources has it that in reality the judge, Hon Justice John Tsoho was absent because he refused to play Buhari's dirty games by sending an innocent man (Nnamdi Kanu) to life imprisonment or to sentence him to die by hanging, as Imo State Governor, Rochas Okorocha and Buhari has evilly planned. On the 18/01/2016 the day of the postponed court hearing of Kanu's case, Buhari Sent 144 soldiers in 20 Militar Trucks to kill unarmed IPOB protesters in Rivers state. What happened on the 18/01/2016 was something ...something so cowardly that could only happen in Nigeria under the command of the Islamic Chief Terrorist Buhari, where there is no respect for people and human lives, especially for innocent Biafrans lives. While many people were waiting for the outcome of the court trial of the leader of IPOB, Mr Kanu, Buhari deployed 144 soldiers in 20 military trucks accross Rivers community of ONELGA, to go and attack IPOB peaceful and unarmed protesters. The Nigeria Army shot and killed many innocent Biafrans. The only language Buhari speaks is VIOLANCE, KILLING AND TERROR! I'm not much surprised because he's a Muslim and Islamic delights in shedding blood.
THE RESULT OF BUHARI'S DEPLOYMENT OF SOLDIERS TO SHOOT AT UNARMED BIAFRAN PROTESTERS
NIGERIAN JUDICIAL SYSTEM STILL WANT JUSTICE TO PREVAIL. Buhari have been trying to corrupt the courts and judges, to sentence and kill innocent Nnamdi Kanu in prison? But unfortunately for Buhari no judge want to take a role in his murderous and corrupt game.
Nigerian Judicial system is waking up and they want Buhari to obey and bow to the rule of Law and respect their judgement to release Nnamdi Kanu because he is INNOCENT and prisoner of Conscience, having demonstrated this by embarking on a two days strike nation wide to make Buharia see reason to obey court orders or else the Nigeria democratic process will just be a mere rubber stamp. The Nigerian Judicial system is telling Buhari that his Era of bloody Dictatorship has long ended decades ago and even though he's the leading president, he MUST obey court orders.
Buhari is so unreasonable and brainless that only an illiterate like him can possibly think that, after he disrespected the Judges by not obeying their previous rulings to set Mr Kanu free unconditionally, he can possibly get them to now sentence Mr Kanu for a crime he never committed only to please his selfishness. Is the absence of the judge, Hon Justice John Tsoho, on 18/01/2016 confirming the fact that no judge want to get involved in Nnamdi Kanu's case? Will Hon Justice John Tsoho be the man of JUSTICE? Will he be the courageous Judge that will make brainless tyrant Buhari to finally OBEY the Law and release Nnamdi Kanu immediately and unconditionally? Will Hon Justice John Tsoho make justice prevail?
FREE NNAMDI KANU NOW
I use this opportunity to call on all IPOB members, Biafrans and lovers of freedom to welcome, support and wish our new able Lawyer, Barrister Ejiofor in his strive to successfully argue the bail and unconditional release of our Director.
INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITIES, INTERNATIONAL MEDIA,HUMAN RIGHTS AND WORLD LEADERS SILENCE:
The international communities, human rights groups world leaders and total media silence that surrounds the tenacious and unstoppable protest of IPOB world wide and Biafrans accross Biafraland, and the precious blood of Biafrans shed, in respect of the extra judicial detention of their Leader, Nnamdi Kanu, is worthy of condemnation. The UN, HUMAN RIGHTS WATCH, WORLD LEADERS, should be ashamed of their actions and silence. The press who are suppose to be the watchman of the citizenry are coerced into silence and misinformation of the people, that at the end of the day, the masses are made to believe falsehood and act against the truth and true justice. And this is a regime of the man who advocates to be championing war against corruption. Is this not all hypocrisy?
IPOB must continue to propagate the gospel of truth and justice and press for the implementation of the rights of the indigenous peoples for self determination as entrenched in the United Nations charter on the rights of the Indigenous Peoples. IPOB and indeed the International community awaits the outcome of today's court proceedings as Justice John Tsoho takes up once again the integrity of the Nigeria Judiciary in his own hands.
