The court session today started approximately 10:05am Biafra time with John Tsoho presiding. It was later confirmed at 10:46am that the court session is over as the so called masked witnesses did not appear again. Meanwhile journalists, including our crew members were not allowed in the courtroom to make room for the masked false witnesses to appear to lie against the anointed one, Nnamdi Kanu. Only the prosecuting counsel and the defense counsels were allowed into the courtroom, though the first accused person, Nnamdi Kanu was not in court earlier but later appeared after the adjournment has been declared.
A member of the legal team of the leader of the Indigenous People Of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor informed Biafra Writers that the DSS has been threatening his life and that there is a grand plan to assassinate Nnamdi Kanu on his way to the court today. It will be recalled that Nnamdi Kanu was in court on Monday, 9th March 2016 where the presiding judge Justice John Tsoho in an unimaginable twist of event outrightly overturned his earlier ruling without any appeal from the prosecution. Justice John Tsoho on 19th February ruled against secret trial and masked witnesses in Nnamdi Kanu's case, but arbitrarily overturned the judgement on Monday, 7th March 2016.
However, we got a first hand information from our lawyer, able Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor that they have filed a motion for stay of proceedings against Justice Tsoho, which means that Justice John Tsoho will not be presiding over this very case again, pending the outcome of the appeal proceeding scheduled to take place tomorrow. This appeal was initiated due to his compromising stance and previous rulings, upon which it was decided that masked witnesses will testify against Nnamdi Kanu. Our lawyer, Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor informed us that the appeal proceedings against Justice Tsoho's last ruling, shall be taking place tomorrow.
On a more serious note, reliable information reaching the Directorate of State of IPOB has it that Buhari has arranged about 15 masked DSS members and some few disgruntled elements from the south eastern region, as part of the masquerades that will lie against Mr Kanu.
It will be noteworthy to mention here that the judge, Justice Tsoho was rooted to his chair all through even when our leader, Nnamdi Kanu arrived. After the session was over, he was still rooted to his chair. We suspect he must have some kind of illness as it's most unusual for a judge not to rise and vacate the court after each sitting.
Our crew of Biafra Writers/BTV had the opportunity of granting a live video interview to our lawyer which will be appearing on BTV shortly to further buttress the matters.
Final judgement on the case has been adjourned till the 6th of April 2016. Our correspondent's interview with our legal team is ongoing as at the time of this report and details will be relayed to you shortly via this medium as well.

Nigerian Judiciary is a disgrace. If not why not the Judge Tsoho or whatever he call him self will not be prove for his word or his ruling ? Shame unto that Nigeria. They are real that zoo. Justice John Tsoho is corrupt, he gas been bribed by Muhammadu Buhari and he's not worthy to even to carry animal feases. He must vacate this case as soon as possible or we will pay for it if anything happens to our able Director Nnamdi Kanu.
