But Muhammadu Buhari and his DSS refused to release him, instead trumped up another charge of Terrorism against him at the High court.
In this second charge of terrorism also, Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal high court Abuja discharged and acquitted Nnamdi Kanu and ordered for his immediate released unconditionally. But again, Muhammadu Buhari and his “above the law” DSS refused to obey the court orders to release him, hence he was not found guilty by the court.
This time, Muhammadu Buhari himself in his first media chat became the country’s Attorney General and prosecutor by leveling a charge of Treason on Nnamdi Kanu, a charge he, Buhari and his DSS have not been able to prove in the law court till date. To prove their case, Muhammadu Buhari and his DSS requested for masquerades to be brought in the court to testify as prosecution witnesses. Incredible.

This proposal was earlier objected to by the trial judge, Justice John Tsoho, but on the next hearing of the case, turned around to vary his own ruling without even an appeal by the prosecution, a clear indication that “the prosecutor general", Muhammadu Buhari has impressed on him to vary his own ruling or have him to contend with.

Muhammadu Buhari doled out unimaginably huge amount of money to a social-cultural organization of the Igbos, called Ohaneze Ndi Igbo, to try to sabotage the Biafran restoration project. But this group of political jobbers and slaves of the Hausa-Fulani north holds no respect from the Biafrans because of their betrayals of the Biafrans to the Hausa-Fulani. So that investment by Buhari was a waste and bore no fruits as Biafrans described them as outcasts in Biafra land who are not qualified to be called Biafrans in the first place.
Buhari lost out there.
His next move was to use his DSS to contract the services of a known criminal and terrorist leader of M.E.N.D, [an acronym for Movement for the Emancipation of the Niger Delta,] Mr. Charles Okah who is presently being detained at the maximum prison Kuje in Abuja. Buhari used his DSS to resurrect the defunct MEND and charge them to proclaim a non-existent negotiation going on with the federal government of Nigeria for the resolution of the Nigeria/IPOB impasse and for the release of Nnamdi Kanu.
The DSS made Charles Okah to believe that if he could make Nnamdi Kanu denounce Biafra, he will be released from prison and all charges against him dropped. Charles Okah, leader of MEND saw this as a golden opportunity to get out of prison, so he grabbed at it.
To achieve this, MEND decided to make a press statement that Nnamdi Kanu has accepted to renounce Biafra for his freedom, a claim which Nnamdi Kanu debunked from prison and a follow-up Press Release by the Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra debunking the fallacious claim by MEND.
This ploy was once again destroyed by the Indigenous People of Biafra who in conjunction with their leader Nnamdi Kanu have resolved to restore Biafra or die trying to do that.
Buhari having seen that he has run out of ideas on how to stop the Biafra restoration bid cried out to his godfather, Barak Hussein Obama, president of the United States of America to help him again as he did in the elections. But the unfortunate thing about it this time around is that the person involved is not Goodluck Jonathan. It's Nnamdi Kanu. The Whiter than White leader of IPOB. The unshakable, resilient and resolute leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra. He is not the type to be intimidated by the conniving fraudulent terrorist supporting Obama and his envoy.
