TREASONABLE FELONY AND MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE....WHO IS GUILTY?
A miscarriage of justice primarily is the conviction and punishment of a person for a the crime they did not commit. The term can also apply to errors in the other direction—"errors of impunity". With this definition of the term, it'll not be wrong to say that Nigerian judge miscarried in the case involving the Director of Radio Biafra and the leader of Indigenous people of Biafra [IPOB]Mazi Nnamdi KANU.
In Nigeria, things will always go upside down, instead of moving in the right direction or practice the legal functions the normal way. The reverse is always the case here in this British investment called the zoological republic of Nigeria. President Muhammadu Buhari is accusing the director of radio Biafra and the Leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra [IPOB] Mr. Nnamdi KANU of treasonable felony, an offense he is guilty of.

WHAT IS TREASONABLE FELONY?
In a simple term, it means a plan or an action to overthrow a government in power. Now it will be interesting to notify the whole world this same Buhari planned and executed the military overthrow the government of Shehu Shagari in 1983, succeeded and became the Nigerian head of state. If Nigeria is focused on fishing out crime addicted people, Buhari should be rotting in jail right now or even being tried for once. But for the fact that Nigeria believes in making law offenders gladiators and even command more respect in the society than the innocent citizens who choose to be more law abiding in exercising their civil rights. Those in authority keeps quiet even when such individuals are being chosen to occupy very sensitive positions.

It will be recalled that in 2011 general election for Buhari made a violent statement which is TREASONABLE . He said and I quote "if I did not win this election, I will make this country ungovernable for whoever wins, and dogs and baboons will be soak in blood". After that statement, Boko haram was activated in full force killing and bombing everywhere and then dogs and baboons started being soaked in blood as was promised. It's quite clear that Mr. Nnamdi KANU is not a member of any political party in Nigeria, he's not holding any political position in Nigeria and evidence shows he's not interested in Nigerian
politics. Now can anyone explains or present any evidence that shows or indicates a sign of overthrowing the man in power.

WHO GETS IT WRONG? It's either the judicial system in Nigeria is not independent as it ought to be or that a strong cabal somewhere is maneuvering the judiciary to soothe them or act according to their will. Mr. Nnamdi KANU is agitating for total freedom od Biafrans from Nigeria and also a total separation from her government. This does not amount to overthrowing Nigeria government and taking it over. The law practitioners in Nigeria should not interpret the law negatively way as it holds a treat against them globally.
Nigeria's determination to continue marginalizing Biafrans and looting their natural resources should not blind fold them in handling Nnamdi Kanu's case. The the judiciary should use this opportunity to show to the world that some cabal is not in control of the judiciary as the world is watching closely, especially, as events unfold in this case.
