JOHN TSOHO CONFRONTED WITH UPHOLDING FALSEHOOD OR JUSTICE
Rapturously, I applaud the superb performance of Hon Justice John Tsoho for the repudiation of the conspired secret trial of Nnamdi Kanu on the 19th February, also, I remark your acceptance to give order, after the the lawyers of Nnamdi Kanu requested to take Nnamdi Kanu to prison instead of the DSS torture room where they smirched and incarcerated him. In the same vein, I also vote your ruling which is a prompt for the DSS to return all the valuables of the innocent Kanu which they mischievously took away at the point of his arrest.
Obviously, it is so shameful and questionable why after all these wasted period of four months the DSS ended up only to beg for an anonymous witnesses to testify against an Identified Freedom fighter like Nnamdi Kanu despite all the oscillations of their claims against him and their previous flops to convince the Judges. This is the most disgraceful dance of shame by Nigeria security agents. That is an evidence to prove that the reason to hold Nnamdi Kanu under their captivity is just but a malicious plan. That for over 4 month Nigeria DSS could not afford to prosecute a suspect whom they have kept in captivity is most disgraceful. When Nnamdi Kanu said on Radio Biafra that "we are whiter than white and whiter than snow", people do not understand. Now can anyone explain the fact that there is no witness against a suspect who have won two previous charges fabricated against him, except that he is innocent? I must say this, right from the point of Nnamdi Kanu's arrest by the DSS, Nigeria have failed dolorously to exhibit a required and expected demonstration that can substantiate it's democratic agreements over this case.
Observing the lousy and villainous claims of Nigeria against Nnamdi Kanu, they have been incessantly barricading the truth about Nnamdi Kanu’s mission, no wonder other judges quickly ordered for his immediate release followed with their withdrawal from the case!
With these three corrections above made by Hon John Tsoho which are:
1. The transfer of Nnamdi Kanu from DSS custody to prison.
2 . The rejection of his secret trial and
3. The ruling to return his properties taken away from him by the DSS, I therefore urge Hon John Tsoho to be more careful and take into consideration the fact that the DSS who have failed to prove its case from the inception of this case has nothing to offer to the Nigerian public except falsehood. Remember, starting from 7th March till the 11th, any judgement you rendered can save millions of lives.
