ABUJA: IPOB SUES FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR UNLAWFUL DETENTION OF NNAMDI KANU

ABUJA:
IPOB SUES FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR UNLAWFUL DETENTION OF NNAMDI KANU

The pranks the Federal Government of Nigeria is playing with the case of Nnamdi Kanu has got to the stage that they have explaining to make to the whole world as to why they are still detaining Mr Kanu. As the High court judge put it earlier that its either the DSS has no case against Mr Kanu or they are yet to make up their mind to do so. So can any one then tell the world why Federal Government of Nigeria is holding Nnamdi Kanu? Its is disheartening that a government of a country will decide to arrest its citizen without any tangible reason or charge against him. This is why for the past almost 100 days now the Federal Government  of Nigeria has been "shopping" for a convincing charge against Nnamdi Kanu since they are yet to make up their mind as to why they are holding the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra IPOB.
Leader of IPOB Nnamdi Kanu
IPOB cannot wait indefinitely. This is why the Directorate of State of  IPOB is taking the Federal Government of Nigeria to Court today 29th December 2015 challenging the unlawful detention of its leader, Mr Nnamdi Kanu. It will be recalled that the Federal Government of Nigeria on two different locations has arraigned Mr Kanu before the Magistrate Court and High Court on charges ranging from "belonging to unlawful society to Terrorism", all in Abuja, Nigeria's Capital, and on both occasions, Mr Kanu has come out victorious, being discharged and acquitted of all charges. Yet the federal Government of Nigeria through its agency called Directorate of State services DSS is still holding Mr Kanu. IPOB is going back to the same court that discharged their leader to seek for legal redress to this unlawful detention of its  leader. The world is hereby put on notice.
