The formidable members of IPOB Ugep unit have reached yet another mile stone in the struggle for Biafra sovereignty. The people of Ugep, fully informed on the events of yesteryears, have vowed to change the narratives via active participation in the agitation for the restoration of the blessed nation "Biafra."

The coordinator of Ugep zone, Mr Christopher Dennis, revealed to Cross River state media his willingness to do all he can to ensure that the people of Ugep are properly indoctrinated on the Biafra restoration project. He told the state media personal that despite the slow attitude being displayed by the people of the area, they are determined to do exploits for IPOB in the central region of Cross River State.

Speaking further, the coordinator said he has established communication with neighboring family units in Ebonyi, Abia, Port Harcourt and beyond to ensure formidability of the unit.

Mr Malachi Attah, a devoted IPOB family member serving in Igwe-ocha in the capacity of zonal coordinator, Bori Camp, undertook the long journey from Igwe-ocha to Ugep to encourage the family, charging them to be courageous and faithful in the ultimate goal of the struggle. He applauded the Ugep unit for their consistency so far, appealing to them to continue till victory is won.

The unit was then given the status of a zone having met the requirement of five functional units.  Consequently, executives were appointed to run the zone.

An appeal was made by the coordinator to the leadership for the installation of Radio Biafra relay station in the zone, noting that it would cover a wide range of area including Abi, Obubra, Yakurr, Ikom and beyond. He further stated that the people of the region are eager to get information from Radio Biafra as it would enlighten and update them on current global happenings.
