Nnamdi Kanu’s Message, a Fulfillment of the Scripture

 June 6, 2019

Just like Jesus, the Supreme Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is going about spreading the message of redemption. He is currently touring North America, having toured the United Kingdom, Belgium, and Germany. Since his reemergence in Jerusalem after thirteen months of incommunicado (following the military invasion of his house on 14th September 2017), Kanu has been on the move, gathering Biafrans together and strengthening them with the message of hope.

The biblical declaration in Isaiah 61:1, reiterated in Luke 4:18, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He hath anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor; He hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to preach freedom to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, and to set at liberty them that are bruised,” seem to have found expression in the life of Biafra leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Even attempts on his life and countless threats of arrest have not stopped him. They haven’t even slowed him down; if anything, they appear to have motivated him all the more.

Before his incarceration in October 2015, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has toured over eighty-eight countries of the world, some of them he toured twice, and some three times, gathering together the family of Chukwu Okike Abiama (as Biafrans are referred to) and giving them the message of hope. Biafrans are scattered all over the face of the earth, some of them live in wealth, some in penury. To the poor lot, Kanu presents the good news of sufficiency in mother Biafra. He reminds them of the wealth of the nation Biafra, teaching how the natural and human endowments of Biafra could be utilized to totally eliminate lack and mutate paucity into abundance.

To the brokenhearted – those whose life’s dreams have been shattered by the Nigerian system and those whose parents, offspring, siblings relatives or loved ones have been indiscriminately killed either by the police, army, Boko Haram, Fulani herdsmen, or might have died due to poor medical facilities and auto crashes resulting from bad road states – he tells of a free and supper standard education system, viable and friendly economy, truly independent judiciary and press, heaven-like road networks, second-to-none medical facilities and an airtight security in Biafra.

To the mentally blind, he teaches wisdom, knowledge, and foresight. He opens the third eye of those who, even though their physical eyes are wide open, cannot see the yoke of bondage on their neck.  He gives understanding to the simple and discernment to misguided souls.

To the bruised – the people of Ogoni, Urobho, Ibibio, Anang, Effic, Ijaw and other riverine communities whose resources are taken to develop North and Yoruba land but are themselves left undeveloped – Kanu offers liberty from such exploitation. In a free state of Biafra, he teaches, the oil producing communities will be in total control of their resources. So instead of the paltry thirteen percent (13%) derivation fund given to them while the larger chunk goes to those who contribute nothing to the federal coffer, the people of Niger Delta will have hundred percent (100%) of their oil.

And to the generality of Biafra – rich or poor – Kanu preaches freedom, for all are captives in the Nigerian state. Looking around and assimilating daily events in Nigeria, one needs no telling that Biafrans are slaves in the Nigerian state. So, to all Biafrans, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu preaches freedom, moving as the Spirit directs.

When he returned from the UK in October 2015 with the message of redemption, the evil forces controlling Nigeria grabbed him and threw him into prison, drumming up pretexts for his execution. The Spirit of God that is upon him didn’t abandon him; instead, it moved him to preach the gospel of Biafra restoration to fellow prisoners in the likeness of Paul and Silas. Many inmates received the good news, dedicating themselves to the struggle. Chants of Biafra song were often heard from the prison and as reports had it, even some guards secretly professed Biafra and sought ways to assist those in detention.

Time came and Kanu was released. The Spirit leading him, Kanu disregarded the stringent bail conditions and went out to preach the gospel of Biafra restoration. The people would gather around him and he would declare the word of God concerning Biafra.  He preached freedom to the captive, recovering of sight to the blind, and liberty to the bruised. When the authorities couldn’t take it anymore, they sent a detachment of soldiers, charging them to bring back his head on a plate … like John the Baptist. Utter destruction in mind, the blood-sucking demons invaded his house precisely on September 14, 2017, killing twenty-eight young men in the process. Nevertheless, like the soldiers of King Herod sent to kill baby Jesus, they missed the prime target as the Spirit of the Lord wheezed Kanu away, albeit injured.

Thirteen months later – a period many thought him dead and many actually prayed so – the son of God surfaced in Israel at the wailing wall of Jerusalem. Ever since then, he has been as hot as ever, teaching and delivering the promises of God regarding the redemption of His people and the restoration of His kingdom on earth, Biafra. Of recent, Kanu has been to cities like London, Manchester, Leads (in UK), Gottingen, Munich, (Germany), Brussels (Belgium), Atlanta, New York, Huston, Mary Land, (USA) where he currently is, and will be leaving for Canada from there after which he will return to his new base in Israel.  Of a truth, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is from God. Listen to him.

  1. I have no doubt that my Supreme leader Mazi Nnamdi kanu is sent by Chiukwu okike abiama to set his people free.

  2. I concur 100%. What Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is doing to free Biafran from bondage, slavery and islamization agenda is not different from what MLK, Mandela, Ghandi, and even Jesus did. They were all freedom fighters who were born to free their people from bondage and captivity. May the eyes of Biafran saboteurs, sellouts and efulefus be opened to join this freedom movement!
