We the Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) worldwide, take cognizance of the effort put so far by our legal team, ably led by Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor to ensure that our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is released. This battle we know is between light and darkness; we know the hurdles we have scaled through and still struggling to ensure that light eventually overcomes darkness totally. It does not matter how thick or how long it lasts, one thing is for sure; our light must shine and darkness will not comprehend.
Despite the conditional release granted Nnamdi Kanu, our battle is not over yet. Our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was granted bail with some conditions that violates his human right such as freedom of speech and association, which is a judicial error committed by Binta Nyako. We urge Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor and his team to do everything within their judicial power to ensure that this error is corrected as soon as possible.

Secondly, we have three (3) of our brothers; David Nwawusi, Benjamin Madubugwu and Chidiebere Onwudiwe still languishing in kuje prison. These men did not commit any crime, they are being extra judicially detained because they are Biafrans. Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor and his team I know will intensify effort towards the release of these three men, including others incarcerated in other states across the contraption called Nigeria.
If Muhammadu Buhari and his cabals think that granting our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu bail will make us forget our brothers they are dreaming, they must understand that we Biafrans do not forget our own. The life of one Biafran is worth more than the life of ten (10) Hausa/Fulani; should anything happen to any of our brothers in Kuje prision, the contraption called Nigeria should be ready for a showdown.
To this end, we the Indigenous People of Biafra worldwide hereby demand the release of our brothers, Benjamin Madubugwu, Chidiebere Onwudiwe, Nwawusi and other Biafrans held in various prisons and cells of the expired contraption called Nigeria. We must continue to fight until victory is totally achieved.
