Biafra: Remembering Biafra At 50: A Proof That IPOB Under Kanu Are Not Miscreants

May 28, 2017

This month of May has so far been wonderful to the Indigenous People Of Biafra (IPOB) in all facets of the struggle. Those who have been following keenly the Biafra agitation, will agree with me that this month of May dealt with great measure almost all the conservative enemies of Biafra. Something great is happening as those who are gifted with foresight can see.

We have been wired to be mentally alert as our redemption draws near; this has instilled fear in our enemies, they are now suffocating and are in dire need of reviving the comatosed child of Britain called Nigeria.

From the sudden change of position of the Northern Elders saying they are now ready for the dissolution of Nigeria, to the shameful speech of Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and vice president Yemi Osinbajo at the event tagged "Biafra At 50", shows that the agitation has metamorphosed into a whole new level. What is really surprising about the whole thing is the fact that these renowned haters and killers of the Biafran people shamefully swallowed their pride this month of May after referring to IPOB under the tutelage of Nnamdi Kanu as miscreants. While Biafrans are still asking what might have been behind such shift in paradigm, others seem to be carried away with joy that Biafra has become a topical issue of discourse.

Ordinarily, Biafrans should understand that the ersthwhile killer of Biafrans during the war, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo and the Northern Elders wouldn’t have softened their tone as per Biafra agitation, if not the fact that they are quite convinced that Biafran restoration is sure under the leadership of Nnamdi Kanu. Despite all the billions heavily expended in order to quell the Biafra restoration project, and even going to the extreme by attempting to assassinate the arrow head of the struggle (which failed woefully) Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, it has now dawned on these parasites and leeches that the restoration project is achievable.

The release of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and his unquestionable resolve has dissolved all the high hopes of these war criminals as it is perceived that they must stand trial at ICC in Hague and answer for their crimes against humanity. The application and adoption of same strategies which worked in their favour during Ralph Uwazuruike's era of shambolic freedom fighting but failed on Nnamdi Kanu has come as a big shock to these vermins who have continued to rape and plunder our lands.

After all the bribery, arrest and killing to preserve the British empire (Nigeria) in Africa, the only thing left for them is to accept the reality on ground. It is now clear to them that the Biafran dream is realisable and nothing can stop it's manifestation.

At this juncture, it is important for Biafrans to note that the killers of our fathers and mothers cannot eulogize our heroes no matter how much they pretend to. For those who think that the kind words which proceeded from the mouth of these evil elements shows they are sympathetic to Biafrans needs to be jolted out of their revelry. The unanswered questions is, would the event unify Nigeria despite the continued subjugation and killing of Biafrans?...No!

The words of these criminal politicians is like pouring water on a rock as it has only aroused more intense hatred for Nigeria and Britain than for its continued unity. The Ode of Obasanjo is like the cry of a drowning man looking for whom to sink with. We do not need to celebrate their slackened tone as they are hanging on the last straw and would do everything possible to nip the Biafra agitation in the bud. Osinbajo (eventhough a pastor), Obasanjo and his Northern friends are very cunning and must be distanced from.

The same people who viewed our freedom quest as treasonous and Biafrans as “miscreants” should be regarded as foes. While we are waiting for referendum to be set in motion, Biafrans should be on high alert as there are elements within (especially Igbo politicians) that would want to mar the effort. This is not time to forgive any Hausa-Fulani parasite or Yoruba coward, but a time to be say goodbye to "One Nigeria."
