Charles Okah, born in the city of Lagos Nigeria; did not start life as a notorious fellow, nor a kidnapper and a bomber that he is today.
Charles Okah today’s trademark all started in his bid to command supreme approval and veneration amongst the Niger Delta militants. In seeking for a failed cheap popularity, Charles Okah has been self-destructive –involving himself in several criminal acts.

Charles Okah’s illicit tendencies first became notable when he tussled for power with Asari Dokubo, with the intention of hijacking the leadership of the Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND) and the overall Niger Delta agitation. As a result, he politicized the agitation, disorganized the system and frustrated the whole essence of MEND.
Consequently, MEND that was instituted to unchain and liberate the old eastern region from the shackles of British Nigeria, became the symbol of slavery, thuggery, kidnappings, theft and an epitome of illegal oil bunkering. MEND became a shelter for racketeers, mortgaging the welfare of the people and the Indigenous State for heedless and selfish purposes.
Recall also that in a January 2006 email, MEND warned the oil industry, stating ‘’It must be clear that the Nigerian government cannot protect your workers or assets. Leave our land while you can or die in it…. Our aim is to totally destroy the capacity of the Nigerian government to export oil.’’

At this point, Charles Okah had already been labeled a ‘’bandit’’ by the Nigerian government but still being used by some villainous Nigerians to perpetrate atrocious deeds.
To validate this, it was proven by the Nigerian government that General Ibrahim Babangida bribed this stage named ‘’Gbomo Jomo’’ (Charles Okah) with the sum of one million naira to disrupt Goodluck Jonathan’s administration –this was just one of his failed attempts.
The peak of Charles Okah’s unthinkable atrocities was on October 1 2010, when he masterminded a twin bomb blast which left scores dead and many injured. This was an attempt to terminate the life of Goodluck Jonathan, the then president of Nigeria.
He was arrested weeks later at his Apapa, Lagos residence by security agents and is currently at the Kuje prison.
After his arrest, he yet remained unrelenting in his mission to enslaving the Niger Delta –accusing Goodluck Jonathan of executing the bombings of 14th March 2010 and 1st October 2010 that he (Charles Okah) evidently masterminded.

Gbomo of MEND further maintained that ‘’the bombings on October 1 2010 was a platform for the elimination of political opposition from the North in the form of General Ibrahim Babangida. The bombing of October 1 was also intended by President Goodluck Jonathan Government to create anti-North sentiments nationwide in order to galvanize support from other sections of Nigeria against other northern candidates in the presidential elections.’’ Okah said in a 194-page affidavit.
In response to this, Ruben Abati, the then presidential spokesman, debunked Okah’s claims stating ‘’The presidency categorically affirms that these allegations are false in their entirety and without any factual foundation.’’ He further advised ‘’the Nigerian media to respect the sanctity of the legal and judicial processes in this matter and avoid becoming willing tools in the hands of Mr Okah and his agents in an entirely and diversionary trial by the media aimed only at falsely impugning the character and integrity of the president and officials of his administration.’’
Since then, Gbomo Jomo of MEND, a.k.a. Charles Okah, has been awaiting trial for 6 years and still counting. This frustration led to a suicide attempt at the Federal High Court Abuja, on the 6th of October 2015, owing to what he called an ‘’endless trial’’. He grabbed a chair and moved towards a window on the third floor of the five-storey building and attempted to jump down but was pulled back by security operatives.

Charles Okah got tired of life – he longed for death at all cost and without much joy.
While in prison, Charles Okah has yet secured a new job. A job that suits his career, a job that suits his nature, a job that best describes him as a traitor.
According to IPOB Security Intelligence Team (SIT), Charles Okah is very much informed of the Niger Delta Avengers and their activities. He has made every effort to reach the Avengers but was rebuffed; then he resorted to supplying names of his opponents to DSS. Jomo became DSS informant all in a desperate desire to regain his freedom.

Note that all those that have been arrested by the DSS with the allegation of belonging to the Niger Delta Avengers or sponsoring them are nothing but Charles Okah’s opponents and their names were all supplied by him. Okah is an extortionist!
All in the quest to thwart Nnamdi Kanu’s effort to restore Biafra, this bandit, criminal, Charles Okah, has become Nigeria’s treasure, her darling. Nigeria has shown that in desperate desire to keep Biafrans enslaved, she is ready to swim in dishonor.
Who ever told Charles Okah that his current unholy romance will guarantee his freedom has not only deceived him but has showcased him to be foolish and naive of history. He has made him the Adaka Boro of our time. He will inescapably end like numerous other Biafrans like Nnamdi Azikiwe (One Nigeria advocate),Ibe Kachiukwu (sacked minister), Stephen Keshi (football coach), Sam Okwaraji (renowned footballer) and many others, who in one way or the other, served the evil contraption, Nigeria, but never was rewarded accordingly.

Charles Okah’s latest assault on Nnamdi Kanu/IPOB has finally proven him to be an unrepentant traitor. He has shown himself to be an eternal foe to Biafra and so shall it be.
IPOB cannot be deterred by the cumulative efforts of Sharia (Sahara) Reporters, the Boko Haram Security Operatives (DSS), Ohaneze (Nigeria manipulated evil society) and all other tools, individuals or organizations employed by the Nigerian government to frustrate our efforts. We will remain resilient and immune to such attacks.
