POVERTY IN BIAFRA LAND...THE ONLY BENEFIT OF "ONE NIGERIA

I was on my way to the office and on the bus, a topic popped up. A man exclaimed, "This suffering is biting hard on the populace and they are on the verge of a breakdown." People began to lament, the economic situation in Nigeria was almost at zero level. Many enumerated that three years ago was much better and that this is the worst government in the history of Nigeria.
Then I reflected on Biafra, the poverty that stinks and smells as rotten corpses. I recall my motherland and the evident decay in Eyimba city (Aba).
I visualize the deteriorating sights in Bayelsa and other places in Biafra.
I saw reasons and agreed with the masses that Nigeria has reached her waterloo.

The present administration is not interested in alleviating poverty nor making lives comfortable. She is not after corruption but came with intimidation of the opposition and any obstacle obstructing her plans. She definitely has an agenda to establish a northern caliphate and institute an Islamic country governed by sharia law. In this secret scheme, the poor remains poorer while the rich gets wealthier.
Just like 1966 when pogrom was carried out against the easterners/Biafrans, the stage is modernized and set, yet my people refuse to recognize the handwriting on the wall. It is time for all Biafrans in the diaspora to think about Biafra, to return and invest in properties, industry, developmental/skills acquisition centers.
It is time to refurbish our land and create trade centers, sports centers, musical centers, art theaters, technological centers etc. We must not die with a dying Nigeria. We must woo international communities to invest in our resources, oil, and gas, coal, gold, magnesium, palm oil, cassava, etc.

In Biafraland, we have places for the production of arms which can be exported. In every sector, we add value. It is time to transfer our potentials to benefit our fatherland. We must not remain slaves and human sacrifices in a blood filled, dilapidated British creation called Niger- area.
They only need us for survival and sustenance. If Biafrans contribute 70% to Nigerian economy and remains unrecognized, is it not then expedient to look homewards? All their aim is to milk dry our resources and hypnotize the greedy politicians with tokens in deliberate moves to impoverish, maim and subjugate us to irrelevance and humiliations of all sorts.

Biafrans wake up! The warning bells are ringing, the cocks are crowing, stand up from slumber or be consumed in ignorance. The sun no more rises with smiles in the east because she weeps daily for her people's ignorance. How long will my people wait to realize the danger and the ominous signs on the horizon?
Ask yourselves how many tribes really love Biafrans? Which of them stuck their necks for us in the times of terror?
Think twice! Wake up Biafrans!
