BUHARI: DON'T PATRONIZE US! BIAFRANS DO NOT SHARE SAME VALUE WITH HAUSA-FULANI AND YORUBA

BIAFRAN:
BUHARI: DON'T PATRONIZE US!  BIAFRANS DO NOT SHARE SAME VALUE WITH HAUSA-FULANI AND YORUBA

7th July 2016

Of all the numerous events across the globe that could make catchy headlines, the Nigerian press are not after them. Of all the gross injustices that fill every nook and cranny of the enclave called Nigeria, its newspapers have automatically gone mute over them. All the foreign articles about the dirtiness of this British whore are never featured in any Nigeria print or even electronic media because the saying "like mother like daughter" best described them.

All their attention is on the mundane and beggarly issues as can be clearly seen on the Nigerian newspaper that quoted Muhammadu Buhari saying, "all tribes would be treated equally".

Though I have some points to make on the quoted statement, but first, I can't imagine how a group of modern pressmen could be so callous to deny a large society as this, vital information on burning current issues, only to talk of a mere statement of a man living in affluence at the expense of tax payers money and treasury loot who have not the interest of the tribes he spoke of at heart.

What suddenly informed his dramatic summersault? Why is he speaking from both sides of his mouth, running from pillar to post? Has his military options failed him or is he simply castigating the tribes? Of course it is strongly believed that Buhari's statement at the palace of Empire of Daura, Dr. Farouk Umar Farouk, is nothing but mere mockery of the opposing ethnic tribe among his kinsmen while drinking fura or kunu!

The statement enthusiastically carried by most Nigeria newspapers absolutely holds no water. First, it is not a command, secondly it neither a discussion nor a broadcast other than a mere mockery among a group of Islamists who gathered together to discuss more dictatorial strategy and impunity.

Come to think of it in a deeper scope, to say that all tribes will be treated equally is very laughable. Is Buhari saying that the number of Local Governments in Hausa states, like Kano for instance, will decrease from its current staggering forty six (46) to the size of Bayelsa State with only nine (9) Local Governments? Or is he going to increase the number of those states with less Local Governments to the level of Kano, or even Katsina his home state?

Of course we are talking of equality and this is one typical example. It is very disturbing to know that while Buhari was in his home town talking about equality, the Lagos State Government is currently busy phasing out street hawking in Lagos. This is a calculated attempt to deny the merger income earners of Biafra in the area their means of livelihood. Is this not a part of the equality Buhari is talking about?

Very soon, what began in Lagos will extend to Abuja, Kaduna, Kano and other states in the North. That is how their nefarious demolition exercise where Igbo people of Biafra were dispossessed of their lands in Abuja. That is "treating all tribes equally", isn't it? My humble advice to Biafrans still living in the enemies camp is: if you don't like what they are doing to you, then come back home let us fight for our common goal. But if you insist, then you can decide to live in the air because soon they will chase you away from your dwelling places.

But be careful of their missiles because they will come after you even on the air! When Nnamdi Kanu said the bitter truth on Radio Biafra, most people especially those from the North and South West, including the saboteurs of Biafra land, began to call for his head. But today are those things he spoke about not happening? Are the politicians not criminals in sheep's clothing?

What do you say about the current certificate forgery saga in which 13 Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN) were hired to defend a forgery case? What do you think is the credibility of such men? If men of such calibre could stoop so low just for monetary gratification, think of where their consciences are! Think of a million other youths in the profession that are looking up to them as role models.

When truth is suppressed or denied a people, does that amount to treating them equal? It's on record that neither the Nigeria military, Navy, DSS, or even Aso Rock issued any statement of condemnation on Agatu, and Uzouwani killings by the Fulani Herdsmen. Does that amount to treating all tribes equally?

With all these evidences, it is clear that there is no way all tribes will be treated equally because some are "born to rule" while some are "born to suffer and slave" in the oppressive hand of the ruling class.

We simply don't want it any longer. We have lost faith and trust in Nigeria. We have been exploited, killed, maimed, denied personal rights and freedom. We are still in various prisons in Nigeria and Buhari is talking about treating all tribes equally.

What equality superceeds freedom? What equality is geniue when innocent men and women are languishing in prison under Buhari's command? Buhari is simply mocking Democracy with his kinsmen. The world must take cognitive record of this mockery of the highest order and act promptly before we go to the part of Southern and Northern Sudan. Time is running out!
