The Niger Delta freedom fighters popularly known as the Avengers, has blown up a 48" forcados exportline owned by Shell Petroleum Development Of Nigeria on the 3rd of June at 3a.m. This came after a warning issued by the Avengers that there should be no repair of any damaged pipeline again.
Although the location of the attack was not mentioned by the Avengers, but as long as they are bringing Nigeria down by every means possible, it is a welcomed development.
Here is the tweet message sent out earlier this morning via their handle "At 3:00 am today @NDAvengers blow up the SPDC forcados 48" Exportline. We warned SPDC not to go ahead with repair works but they refuse.
The so called oil producing giant has recently recorded the lowest dip in oil production, from 2.2m per barrel a day to 8,000 barrel daily, the worst of its kind in decades. It shows that oil is the only reason why this contraption called Nigeria exist and that is why the Avengers wants to take it away by every means possible.
