JUSTICE JOHN TSOHO, A MERCHANDISE FOR INJUSTICE ...Rules Against Own Ruling
In all my life, I have never seen a Judge overturn his own judgement or ruling without an appeal, but the judiciary community and justice itself were on the 7th march 2016 crushed by the influence of a bribe that Justice John Tsoho couldn’t resist. The bribe so influenced Justice Tsoho that he wasn’t aware when he shifted off balance from being a presiding judge to being a prosecutor. To the amazement of all and sundry in the courtroom on Monday, the Justice John Tsoho, instead of hearing a case before him configured himself to a prosecutor just to execute the terms of the deal he signed with Aso Rock against Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who is a Prisoner of conscience. When he [the Judge] couldn’t manage the disgrace from the government prosecutor due to his inability to prosecute the case and lack of any witness to testify against the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra [IPOB], the judge resorted to harassing Kanu's lead counsel, Chuks Muoma [SAN]. The defendant's lawyer promptly reminded the Judge that in law, there is no sentiment. In law, there is no emotion. John Tsoho observing the deep exposure of his interest before observers in the court, resorted to a thirty minutes break, hopefully to enable him brief General Buhari and the DSS. As the court commenced after the thirty minutes break, the judge decided to make his stand obvious by wearing an offensive and prosecuting posture.

It was at the post thirty minutes break that the judge decided to overrule his own ruling of 19th February, 2016. Justice John Tsoho who had previously [19th February, 2016] ruled against the DSS application to adopt a secret trial and appearance of masquerade witnesses in the Nnamdi Kanu case, surprised the world with the readmission of the same mode of trial without any appeal from the prosecution. Absurd!

Indeed Justice John Tsoho has proved beyond every reasonable doubt how deeply corrupt he is, and could even convict an innocent man with impunity when money is involved. It is now obvious that the judiciary is dead and a new era in the contraption called Nigeria has come where the judiciary is bullied out of standard by the dictator Buhari’s desperation to write judgement script for judges like John Tsoho who could not even distinguish between “civil law” and “common law”. Where then lies the hope of the common man when people like Justice John Tsoho still wears the wig?

A dictator as the head of the executive arm of the government in handshake with deeply corrupt Judge like John Tsoho could only amount to a fascist state. Justice John Tsoho has proved to the world indeed that “power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely”.
General Buhari who ones stated that the judiciary was his problem can now go to sleep, considering the fact that someone like John Tsoho has been discovered. Probably, he will be promoted to the position of chief Justice of the Federation to enable him be strategically positioned for more future dirty jobs for General Buhari. If Justice John Tsoho has subscribed to the hanky-panky game by DSS, that they are still investigating Nnamdi Kanu on terrorism activities, then, that obviously means indeed "prosecutor" John Tsoho has murdered justice.
Biafrans and lovers of freedom all over the globe are hereby raising the alarm that there is no judiciary in Nigeria and should not be surprised if "sharia law" may be employed by inJustice John Tsoho, if that be the only remaining option open to him to convict Nnamdi Kanu. For we all are aware of the evil machination of General Buhari and some elements to convict Nnamdi Kanu through inJustice John Tsoho. What John Tsoho should understand is that “there is no peace for the wicked…and the wicked will never go unpunished”. Take your money in secret like Judas Iscariot, but the consequences of your secret deals against the elect of the Most High God will definitely be open. “God can never be mocked, whatever you sow today off camera and eyes of men, you will reap before cameras and eyes of men. God is and will forever remain with Nnamdi Kanu, and we biafrans will never forsake him even though our lives are required as a ransom to his own! Long live Nnamdi Kanu, Long Live IPOB, Long Live Biafra.

ReplyDeleteKpoma or Toso John is a complete disgrace, Corruption upon corruption in that evil forest they call Niger+area and one illiterate idiot would get up and say he is fighting corruption. What a shame! That man called Toso is inviting calamity upon himself and his close associates and friends in crime. Toso knows the truth but he is denying it but chose the way of falsehood. Falsehood will tie him down. I still wonder why some individuals especially in Africa refuse civilisation to pass through them. These individuals like Buhari and DSS untrained idiots refuse to come out of stone age. Even Orangutans behave more civilised than them.

They will receive what will shock and put them into years of coma, if they won't follow the Way, the Truth and the Life, who is JESUS, our Lord the Eternal Judge. He comes with surprises when all hope is lost. Biafrans, do not lose hope. Even if Toso is playing cards, Jesus is seated upon the throne. He himself told us not to be afraid, because He goes before us always. We follow Him and He will give us rest and freedom.
