NIGERIA:
KANU UNDER TORTURE BY BOKO HARAM TERRORISTS IS UNLAWFUL AND CRUEL
In every civilization it is unlawful to detain anyone for 48 hours without taking him to court for Trial and judgement and it is also inhuman to torture or harm any suspect without proven guilty but the government of Muhammad Buhari have done have done all these the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Prince Nnamdi Kanu.
Mr Nnamdi Kanu is a British citizen and also the Director of Radio Biafra and Biafra TV whose prerogative and determination is to attain the freedom of his people (the Indigenous People of Biafra). It is on record that Nnamdi Kanu has been going about this within the ambit of the law. Everyone was flabbergasted when Buhari's Agents known as DSS secretly captured Mr Nnamdi Kanu on 14th October 2015 and refuse to take him to court for arraignment of any charges against him which is against the law to detain anyone over 48 hours without taking him to court until IPOB and Radio Biafra raised an alarm that prompted them to take him to court after over 14 days.
During their court's trials the DSS brought many charges against him which includes Belonging to Unlawful Group, Terrorism and Treasonable Charges, etc. Having found that the above charges against him are not true and having dropped all those charges, the judges ordered for his immediate and unconditional release, several times and in different courts. But these judgements did not go down well with Buhari.
Now all the judges have washed their hands off the case as they await for their order to be obeyed and the law to be respected. In the interim Nnamdi Kanu has objected that he don't have any confidence that he'll find justice in the court as the orders of the judges can't be obeyed.
The Nigeria President during his presidential chat gave no tangible and satisfactory reason for disobeying his courts' orders, Instead he proposed that his government is preparing evidence of treasonable charge against him which the Indigenous People of BIAFRA and the judges are waiting to hear. Now, Buhari is shopping for a compromised judge to take up the case and convict Mr. Kanu for him, but all the judges know better than soil their hands in the blood of an innocent man. We have confirmed information that the DSS have transferred Mr Kanu to a cell ment for condemned criminals, and presently housing three condemned Boko Haram terrorists. Is this lawful we ask? Should Nnamdi kanu be treated like a condemned criminal when he has been a "discharged and acquitted person"? Everyone know that it is inhuman for any suspect to undergo torture without being found guilty but despite the dropped charges against Nnamdi Kanu by the DSS and all the court orders for his release, Buhari has dashed Nnamdi Kanu to be oppressed and to be tortured by his condemned Boko Haram terrorists.
IPOB have respected all the laws based on the international laws and the Nigeria Constitution towards obtaining justice from this tyrant Buhari. We are therefore appealing to the British Government, the Human Rights Organization, the International Criminal Court of justice, the African Union, the United Nations and even the Civil Liberty Organisation CLO, to stand erect to defend their laws to intervene and to ensure that urgent actions is being taken as these subjections might erupt to a catastrophe which none can control should Nnamdi Kanu die in prison.
This Alarm is being raised now as a vindication for IPOB and exoneration of Biafrans from any form of blames should they chose to respond to the injustices being meted to the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra Prince Nnamdi Kanu and indeed the generality of Biafrans. The World has the opportunity now to prevent an unprecedented blood bath that may ensue should Nnamdi Kanu be murdered in prison by the contracted Boko Haram condemned terrorists inmates. By then all the sealed lips of the United Nations, Britain, America, AU, will be opened only to condemn Biafrans. THE TIME TO SAVE THE SITUATION IS NOW. FREE NNAMDI KANU NOW.
