Anyikwa Kelechi Cynthia of Biafra writers celebrates victory with our brethren who were left to wallow in prison unjustly, by the blood thirsty Buhari-led government after arresting them on the 9th of February 2016, at the National High School Aba, during a peaceful protest for the release of Nnamdi Kanu who is also being illegally held till date, despite court order to release him unconditionally.
Their release came after several court adjournment upon adjournments, owing to the absence of the prosecuting counsel to the federal government in court. The IPOB brethren in excitement granted Cynthia an interview, while narrating their gory experience in the hands of the Nigerian army and police.
Recall that Ohaneze Ndigbo few weeks ago lied that there were no IPOB in Abia state state prison, while urging the Niger Delta Avengers not to carry out their threat to attack government official's convoy in Abia state should they not be released.
However, Biafra writers have been able to dispute the blatant lie, after publishing the names of those in Abia state prison in our previous articles and also court updates as per the case. The release of these innocent victims has further cemented our claim, while putting to shred the white lies peddled by the rogue group called Ohanaeze Ndigbo.
The released brothers vowed that it's either Biafra or death. They further stated that releasing them will not stop them from agitating for Biafra sovereignty. According to one of them who said, "I'll only stop if director Nnamdi Kanu is released and Biafra restored, if not, they should come and arrest me again because this is just the beginning .
The Nigerian government should know better than to underestimate our resolve. Our only goal remains Biafra or kill us all!
