While Biafrans under the banner of the Indigenous People of Biafra, remain resolute and formidable in the effort to restore the sovereign state of Biafra, they will never ignore the need to give honour to whom honour is due. They will never fail to commend anyone who is courageous enough to stand for truth. Biafrans would never forget to stand by anyone who is bold enough to uphold justice and fairness.
This is because in the end, justice is what Biafra is about. Biafra is all about truth, justice and equity. Biafra means freedom from oppression and modern day slavery. Biafra symbolizes freedom from the shackles of vicious neocolonialism and the gruesome Islamic caliphate.
Biafra is all about promoting and rewarding hardwork, meritocracy and progressiveness in an egalitarian society, but definitely not encouraging mediocrity, retrogression, irresponsibility and savagery. Therefore every act promoting justice and fairness, would always enjoy the backing of the Indigenous People of Biafra.

The judge who presided over the case of the IPOB brethren who were arrested in Enugu, Justice Egbo of the magistrate court 9 and the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF, and minister of Justice Mr. Abubakar Malami [SAN] have both recently, displayed such traits to attract the commendation of the Indigenous People of Biafra. Members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), who were arrested in Enugu and Abia state and taken to court on the grounds of treason and belonging to an unlawful organization, were recently discharged and acquitted.
This is a welcomed development as the presiding judge as well as the attorney general have displayed such traits to show that they understand the need to uphold justice and fairness. They have shown the need for the application of common sense and to inform the world that self-determination is in no way, a treasonable felony. Nigeria and Nigerians as well as the judiciary, should begin to appreciate the need for self-determination and to understand that it should never be thought of as treason but an inalienable right of any person or a group of people.

As Biafrans are jubilating over this development and commending the judge and the AGF for doing the needful, they’re also sending the message that they remain undeterred and unrelenting in their pursuit of freedom. There will be no retreat and there would be no going-back until Biafra is freed from the contraption, Nigeria.
Therefore, the AGF and the entire Nigerian judiciary is implored to extend the commendable gesture towards Nnamdi Kanu – the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra. They are encouraged to make hays to release Kanu as well and to prepare for the absolute restoration of the sovereign state of Biafra, because the restoration of Biafra is a project that would eventually be beneficial to all and sundry.

Nigeria and the component ethnic nationalities that make it up, should understand that the Biafra project is not an antagonistic one but rather, a project that would encourage fairness and equity and one that will completely encourage an egalitarian way of living. The Northern and Western Nigeria should understand that it would eventually be a glorious project if Biafra is restored, hence they are advised to accord Biafra self-determination.
Northern and Western Nigeria should realize that they will have much more to benefit if they had Biafra and each other as close African neighbours, rather than being in the same man-made contraption called Nigeria. Justice, equity, fairness and progressiveness, are the desires of all humanity and that is exactly what Biafrans are demanding.
Biafrans are only demanding self-determination and the absolute restoration of their nation – Biafra. They’re only demanding the right to live in peace and stay free from the vicious clutches of Islamic conquest and neocolonialism. All hail Biafra!

The AGF by this act has proven that even as rotten and decayed as the corrupt government in power is, there is still a glimpse of hope for the innocent and as minister of justice he has set a precedent for other courts to follow especially Hon. Justice John Tsoho who has been blinded by the power of bribery to turn a blind to the glaring truth that Nnamdi Kanu is innocent of all charges against him and should be discharged and acquitted as previously upheld by two courts of competent jurisdiction.
