SENATOR NDUME:YES!NIGERIA CAN DIVIDE IN PEACE..THE CHOICE IS BUHARI TO MAKE

Senator Ali Ndume from Borno South constituency was recently quoted in the news saying that "The North is not ready for another war, we can separate peacefully without fighting."  Senator Ndume's statement came when he was answering questions from press men on the current situation in Niger Delta. He went further to apportion blame on the elders of the zone, saying they have not done enough to caution the youths as if his own people cautioned Boko Haram while they rampage the north and Fulani herdsmen the east.

That sounds more of a pot calling the kettle black.
But when we sit down to examine the Senator's statement in the limelight scrutiny, we could still make some sense out of some of his words. One of such good word is his utterance for peaceful separation of the ever disagreeing ethnicities that were forcefully lumped together as one by the British colonists whose material interest override human value of the people they colonised.

While Senator Ndume could be applauded for his wise statement, it is not so with Atiku Abubakar who is still advocating for the reconstruction of Nigeria, sounding like an ardent beneficiary of internal colonisation who he is. The interesting thing about this two speakers with divergent views is that both hail from the north.

This automatically signifies that some Northerners, especially the 99% oil bloc owners would continue to wallow in self denial of the fact that we are not one, due to the thought of relinquishing what is not theirs (oil well) and the other conservative percentage who has got no stake in ONE NIGERIA would advocate for peaceful dissolution.

Secondly the way Senator Ndume replied the question thrown at him on Atiku's reconstruction advocacy, shows there could be greater concession on this burning matter than what Atiku is insinuating. One then begins to wonder why the northern politicians like these men are not in agreement over a matter that should be welcomed with open mind.

This attitude ofcourse identifies the chaff from the wheat, showing the real northerners who wants peaceful separation and those who are not interested in bringing a lasting solution to the already polarized and more volatile entity that has long expired as a British creation. This set of people are bent on devising more cynical means with which to continually uphold the legacy of Uthman Danfodio, which is to take control of their Estate (Nigeria) and keep other ethnic group in perpetual bondage.

They could come with various suggestions such as using the police and military to harass, intimidate, kill and imprison those who are bold to call for the division of Nigeria. Britain had since gone, but Neo-colonization is still going on in Nigeria and will not stop until the dismemberment of Nigeria is achieved. Lots of people view secession as a horrible, but yet Nigeria used it to divide Biafra clans and communities into shreds as "states", not minding the existing ancient/historical link that earmark south-south and south east as one.

When the old eastern region was dissected into states by Yakubu Gowon, that could be viewed as absolute separation of kith and kin, aimed at weakening the unity of Biafra. Now that those people they deceived with those phony states creation in Biafra land have realised themselves, they now view the reversion of existing structure as sacrilegious and vehemently opposed to seeing it come to pass. Reason is not farfetched as they have their personal interest to protect.

The way black African politicians reason in the contraption created by Britain (Nigeria) is very absurd. While civilised countries welcome secession to promote lasting peace and harmony, an example is Yugoslavia and USSR, Nigeria as a backward black African entity consider it an act of TREASON. The leaders are not perturbed about the dire consequences of their ineptitude and approach to the Biafra agitation, but it does not matter what they think as Biafrans will continue to push for the restoration of their father land.

But now that Senator Ali Ndume has opened up to say the bitter truth that Nnamdi Kanu was arrested for, we believe he has spoken the minds of millions of other Northerners who are eager to tow the path of peace. We can truly go our separate ways even without a single shot. But Muhammed Buhari would not hear of this. He'd rather apply his wealth of experience in the military to subdue and kill Biafrans. But will he actually succeed?..NO! why, because Biafrans have vowed that it is either Biafra or death.


Every hardcore is ready to die for Biafra and eventhough Buhari said he will commit suicide than allow Biafra emerge, we dare to ask...can Buhari truly die for one Nigeria? I will save us the suspense, the Buhari that cowardly aborted his trip to Ogoni land after the assassination threat from the Avengers does not have the gut to die for One Nigeria.

Buhari’s military approach will escalate more boisterous unimaginable problems that may shock the entire world as the militia freedom fighters revealed recently. We better part ways peacefully now that we have the opportunity to do so. yes, Nigeria can indeed divide in peace; but the choice is left for Buhari to make.
